MIA

I'm doing something crazy.  I'm taking the week off around here.  A special blogging friend is flying into rainy Seattle on Monday to spend the better part of the coming week climbing mountains, picnicking, shopping, kayaking, and photographing everything that moves with me, among other things.

I'm a little bit excited. Okay make that a lot excited.  This is our yearly get together so we have to pack everything that friends would normally do over the course of a year, into a few short days.

It's gonna be so good!

I'm sure you'll see us Instagramming up a storm. (You can find me at "lemonademakinmama" on Instagram)

We can't help ourselves.

And there will be itty bitty Double Vanilla Bean Cupcakes.  Just a couple. Because we're being good.  Ha!

Unless the hoodlums eat them all before she gets here.

But before I go...  Since a good majority of your guys also happen to be my customers, (and I love you to pieces!) I wanted to show you a few new things that I've just stocked my shop with.  (And don't worry, if you order anything this week my man will make sure it finds its way to the post office.)   I hope you can forgive me using my blog to promote my shop... yet again... I try to only do it when I have something new in there to show you.  (Though I've got a few older items on sale right now.)
I do hope y'all will find these new cupcake and mushroom flour sack dish towels as adorable as I did.  I also brought back my baby onesies but in turquoise.  Because turquoise has my heart.
And finally.  Prints.  Oh how I love prints. I really hope you guys do to!!

I'm only doing a few give thanks napkins this year (not yet listed) but the Names of God Christmas garlands are coming soon. I promise.

Okay well I guess I'd better go and protect a few cupcakes now.  Wish me luck.  My boy hoodlum is eating his weight in food these days.  (grin)

And happy weekend (and week) to you all sweet friends!

  11. I feel for your situation with your son. I hope the school is communicating with the boys parents on the way they are treating JJ. Is JJ interested in any type of sport or outside school activity? This may really help.

  13. Love the cupcakes but of course the kids will eat them! Anything that is poppable-sized will be gone in the first 30 minutes after school :)
