Thankfuls.

Good Morning sweet friends!!  I have to get the "business" or housekeeping items out of the way... I've got more give thanks napkins coming.  Soon.  Also, I've got the best news in case you missed it.  My man came home on Friday and I told him the Christmas garlands all sold in about an hour.  He discussed it with me and I told him how bad I felt that so many of you sweeties hadn't gotten them... but I just didn't feel like I could take the bending/stamping with my back.  (It's much better these days, but I was worried after a day bent over.) He said, "Well I'm happy to help and I can even do most of the stamping if you get it all set up for me!"  I was blown away.  So... per his instructions I've been taking a waiting list!  He even went to the fabric store with me and we special ordered the fabric, because we're making about 100 more and it's like 66 yards... I'm so excited to have his help.  And so thankful to be able to offer these to you.  (If you want to order one but you're not on the list yet, double check with me to see if we still have availability- they have filled up fast since Friday and we've only got a few spaces for garland orders left, but you can email me at lemonademakinmama@comcast.net to see.)**Monday morning update**At this point all garlands are accounted for unless someone changes or cancels their order.  I am still taking names but this list will be for cancellations to get one.

Okay so, this week on Instagram I began doing a daily thankful  (hash tag of #dailythanfuls).  I know a lot of you aren't on Instagram so I thought it would be fun to share them here with y'all.   Such a good way choose a thankful heart during each day, don't you think?  (This was my thanks for a reliable car and insurance.  Both of which I've lived without in the past... So thankful for a key that starts an engine.. and not being stranded on a freeway near Seattle as I often was in my early twenties.  Yikes.)
This was a thankful for legs that get me where I need to go.  I was outside of Office Max and it struck me.  I've been running, working out, and pain free for months now. (I still have a pesky 7lbs to shake but whatever. Hoping that will come.)  I prayed like mad when my back started acting tweaky after stamping garlands... praise the LORD I'm good.  I did all my physical therapy exercises and wrapped my body in prayer... which leads me to...
Thankful for the 50 some odd Etsy packages I toted to the post office on Saturday.  My kids and man were all helping.  It was a fun time.  Someday... I will share in detail what a blessing your orders have been to my little family.  Wait for it. I am so thankful for YOUR orders and God's provision and faithfulness to us through my little store.
So how could I not just adore this little bracelet that arrived from the Rusted chain as a thank you for hosting a giveaway a few weeks ago.  I specifically asked for this phrase.  I need continual reminders to praise Him for this.  Isn't this precious?  (You can get your own here.)
Saturday night... I tried Lissa's stew.  It was so good I can't wait to make it again.  Every one of my peeps LOVED it.  That my friends is something to be thankful for.  (I'm also thankful for Lissa.  She brings "pretty" into the world.)
I'm thankful for my family.  (Mama, Me and my little niece, Berkeley) With this Ohio job possibility looming I find time with them all more precious. Oh and FYI Adrain interviews for it on Friday at 1:30.  If you wanted to pray for us... we wouldn't turn that away.  We are so wanting this to happen but so aware that God might have other plans like He has every other time we've had hopes for a change.  Sigh.  Makes me sad but YET I WILL TRUST HIM.

I'm thankful for my friends.  Last year, my childhood friend Josie, reconnected with me through Facebook and then I convinced her to make me this hat.  LOL I told her she need to sell these babies.  Do you not agree?  I adore this thing. Josie and I go way back and every time I smash this on my head I think of her... and the trouble we used to get into.  And dressing up.  And strawberry shortcake.  And barbies.  And our secret clubs, tree houses, riding horses, and running wild through the woods.  Nobody ever got hurt, or broke any bones.  (That I can recall.)  Good times... sweet memories.

I love this photo for some reason.  We were about to go into a dentist apt and the sun was going down.  I so love my little hoodlums.... I'm thankful that I get to know these little people.
Even if I try and get them to smile in the backseat and ONE of them sticks out her tongue on EVERY picture.
I am so utterly amazed and thankful for this breathtaking view every day.  This is my ever-changing with the seasons running trail.  I got to walk it with a sweet little thing I hardly ever get to see and yes my puppy is a total hoodlum.  Running all over the trail doing doggy things and chasing runners.  (She does have a leash.  I promise.  I just forgot it.)

If you're on Instagram I'd love to have you join me in daily thankfuls... (@lemonademakinmama) If not... that's okay too because you're here and you can join the party in comments!  So... what things are YOU thankful for these days?

  6. Sasha! I'll be thinking and praying of you this week as there are nerves with the upcoming interview.

And I LOVE your #dailythankfuls. I had a brain child this last week about doing #thankfulliving posts each day in November in prep for Thanksgiving, so I'll have to take them with #dailythankfuls too! Great minds think alike. It was funny because I had the idea Thursday night and then say your daily thankful post the next day for the first time. :)

  20. I think that I missed the Give Thanks napkins. I'm so sad!! I love the garland and napkins, but ha decided that since this year we would be spending Christmas and thanksgiving at home (due to third trimester travel restrictions) it was time to expand the thanksgiving decor!

I even instagram stalked/fell in love with yet again those napkins.
If there will be more please let me know! They are perfect and I am sad I missed them!
Keep the gorgeous IG pics coming... Louisiana has not fully embraced fall as of yet!
