Give me a shout at lemonademakinmama@comcast.net to claim your prize.
I want to give something fun away, from one of my most precious bloggy friends but before I do, I am slipping in my May Insta-favorites.  I keep forgetting to post them, and I keep telling myself that this is a great way to document my 365's this year, so I am putting them in before the month of June is gone.  (I forgot to do an Insta-April so apparently that's how committed I am.) Okay.  Here are a random selection of the many Instagram photos from the month of May.  (I didn't include our weekend getaway trip to Ocean Shores, which was in May, but if you want to see them go here.)  I have to say, I took way more Instagram photos than I realized and it made choosing favorites really hard!  I was chewing on a LOT.  I mean a LOT.  I haven't been able to get my thoughts worked out and post about it all, but you can be assured that some major heart to hearts are coming soon.  (Also.  I just convinced my man to try Instagram.  I am loving seeing life through his lens.  It tickles me to death. You can follow him @adrainbrodeur.) Oh, and you can follow online now here, for those of you who aren't on Instagram with a smartphone.

And now...My sweet friend Paige has been working hard on an ecourse summer series on fashion and style for the fabulous and talented Jeanne Oliver.  I can't wait to see what she shares.  The girls in Paige's household are always dressed in the loveliest outfits and accessorized beautifully.  I don't know about you, but I really need these lessons.  Especially since two of my personal resolutions this year were, "Don't wear yoga pants unless I'm actually working out, and give myself regular manicures." This tells you the state of my "fashion and style" right now. I'm just at a place in life where I don't really know my style anymore and I laughed with a friend the other day about the bible verse that says "Charm can fool you. Beauty fades. But a woman who has respect for the LORD should be praised."  (Prov 31:30)  We laughed and talked about how our beauty is fading before our very eyes.  Of course we were joking and laughing... but we both knew we were actually kind of serious.  Aging... it's happening and this intense season of life over the past almost two years has aged me physically and emotionally.  Not good.  SO I NEED PAIGE.  I'm just saying.

The ecourse goes live on June 24th, but you can view it whenever you want, for up to six months. Paige is going to have videos, interviews, tips on style “must haves” & tips for buying according to size, and her favorite beauty products, etc.  You won't want to miss this...

To register go here. (this part is free).

  22. As a momma to four, I'm looking to create my own style and identity not apart from my kids, but just something to give me an identity as well. I love to look cute, but struggle pulling it all together. This sounds perfect for me!
